We are now able to accept fresh food donations, expanding the range of support offered to local families.
While long-life products such as pasta, tins, and cereals remain essential, the ability to accept fresh food means clients will have access to a greater variety of healthy, balanced meals.
Since fresh items have a short shelf life, we kindly request that anyone wishing to donate large amounts contact us directly first. This ensures that staff and volunteers can arrange a collection quickly and get the food distributed to those in need without waste. Small amounts of items can be dropped off at our foodbank and community pantry on Mondays and Thursdays.
“We’re delighted to be able to provide more fresh produce for our clients. It makes such a difference to people’s diets and wellbeing. If you have fresh items to give, please get in touch so we can collect and make sure nothing goes to waste.”
