What support is available?
You can choose the option that works best for you:

In-person support – expert-led one-to-one or group sessions

Remote support – help over the phone or via video calls
The programme combines behavioural support with free stop smoking products, including:

Nicotine patches

Gum

Lozenges

Nasal spray
-
Vapes and other nicotine replacement therapy (NRT)
Who can access the service?
Hampshire County Council funds the service and is available if you:

Live, work, or are registered with a GP in Hampshire

Are 12 years or older

Currently smoke or use nicotine products such as vapes or pouches
