Hart Foodbank welcomes new team member, Trevor Cook

18th January 2026

We’re pleased to announce that Trevor Cook has recently joined the Hart Foodbank team.

Trevor has recently trained as a Debt Coach at the Fleet branch of Christians Against Poverty (CAP UK), and has now taken the important role of Debt Centre Manager for the Fleet branch. His experience and commitment to supporting people facing financial hardship will be a valuable addition to the work of Hart Foodbank.

Mark Mabin, Chairman of Hart Foodbank, said: “Trevor is passionate about helping our local community and brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience in supporting people through challenging financial circumstances. We’re delighted to welcome him to the team.”

Trevor added: “I’m really looking forward to getting involved with Hart Foodbank and supporting the important work being done to help local individuals and families. It’s a privilege to be part of such a committed and compassionate organisation.”

The Fleet CAP Debt Help Centre, where Trevor also volunteers, is run in partnership with Fleet Baptist Church and supports people to take practical steps towards becoming debt-free.

Across the UK, millions of people are experiencing a poverty crisis, often leaving them feeling trapped and overwhelmed. Christians Against Poverty works to tackle this through practical debt support alongside the care and encouragement of local church communities, helping tens of thousands of people rebuild their lives.
