Need help? We’re here

26th June 2026

We know that life can sometimes be challenging, and rising household costs mean many people are finding it harder to make ends meet. If you’re struggling financially, please remember that you’re not alone, and support is available.

Our practice is here to help connect you with local services that can offer practical advice and support. Whether you’re worried about paying bills, putting food on the table, or managing day-to-day expenses, there are organisations ready to help.

Support available includes:

Foodbank referrals
If you’re experiencing food insecurity, we can help you access local foodbank support where appropriate. Please speak to a member of our team in confidence if you think this may help.

Personal Support
Our team can work with you to find support that’s right for your circumstances. They can connect you with local organisations offering help with finances, housing, employment, wellbeing, community groups and much more.

Citizens Advice
Citizens Advice provides free, confidential and independent advice on a wide range of issues, including debt, benefits, housing, employment and consumer rights. They can help you understand your options and access the support you’re entitled to.

Cost of Living Support
There may be financial assistance available that you haven’t yet accessed. Local councils, charities and government schemes can provide help with energy costs, household essentials, benefits, grants and emergency support.

Community Organisations
Many local charities and community groups offer practical help beyond food, including clothing, school uniform schemes, baby essentials, furniture, wellbeing support and warm community spaces.

Please don’t struggle alone

Financial difficulties can affect anyone, and asking for help is a positive step. If you’re finding things difficult, please speak to a member of our practice team. We can help signpost you to the right services and support you in accessing the help you need.

Together, we can help ensure you receive the support that’s available in our local community.
