Happy Diwali from Hart Foodbank! 🪔✨

Diwali, the Festival of Lights, takes place from Friday 6 November to Wednesday 11 November 2026.

Celebrated by millions of people around the world, including many Hindus, Sikhs, Jains and some Buddhists, Diwali is one of the most important festivals in their calendars.

The festival is a time of light, hope, joy and togetherness – values that are at the heart of strong, supportive communities.

At Hart Foodbank, we believe everyone should feel welcomed, valued and supported, whatever their background or beliefs. We are proud to be part of a community where people come together to help one another.

Happy Diwali from everyone at Hart Foodbank and Community Pantry!

Wishing all those celebrating a wonderful festival filled with light, happiness and togetherness.

A special thank you to our volunteers, supporters and local community for helping make Hart a kinder, stronger and more connected place every day. 💚✨
